Patient Marketing Awareness Specialist-Temp

Enhance patient understanding and awareness of molecular/genetic testing solutions, especially Signatera, within the Patient Coordinator organization. Proactively contact patients via phone, SMS, and email to answer questions, explain eligibility and testing/timing, and support MRD monitoring. Provide guidance on costs, insurance coverage, and financial assistance, coordinate with internal stakeholders, help patients use the patient portal, and document feedback while maintaining HIPAA/privacy compliance.
