•Manage corridors with growth potential within Global Network Banking in France.
•Lead a team of Relationship Managers, Business Support and an Analyst dedicated to this corridor, and encourage collaboration across teams.
•Regional oversight across Continental Europe Global Network Banking for the China corridor, driving referrals and deepening wallet share while managing risks.
•Define and drive the commercial strategy for services and products, leveraging the HSBC network.
•Embed client relationship excellence by tailoring services to client needs and building trusted relationships; ensure sustainable growth of the client base.

Key Requirements

•Corporate banking experience including credit assessment is required; international experience is a plus.
•Proven track record in driving cross-border collaboration and managing complex client portfolios headquartered in Asia or the Middle East is advantageous.
•Strategic vision with ability to define and drive commercial strategies for services and products across corridors.
•Strong cross-cultural management and internal/external stakeholder management skills.
•Fluent in English and Chinese; French proficiency is a plus; excellent written and verbal communication skills.
