Quality Manager

Lead and mentor the Quality Engineering team while managing the Quality Management System (QMS) for manufacturing. Own AS9100-aligned quality compliance, establish KPIs for internal, supplier, and field product quality, and drive continuous improvement across the product lifecycle. Manage supplier quality and investigations using root-cause and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA), oversee inspection programs and Material Review Board (MRB) activities, and partner cross-functionally to ensure quality requirements are captured end-to-end.
