Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver client solutions by recommending and referring appropriate investment and insurance products to support financial wellness goals.
  • •Assess client needs by gathering and documenting client data and conducting in-depth financial conversations.
  • •Maintain compliance with operational, risk, security, and audit procedures, including proper documentation of client interactions.
  • •Open and support consumer and small business accounts, including deposit products and lending products, as needed.
  • •Build client referral pipelines through prospecting, internal/external centers of influence, and coordinated branch partnerships.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 25 - 38.46 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or GED (or equivalent experience) is required; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
  • •Experience developing customer relationships, achieving sales goals, and building referral sources in insurance and investment products.
  • •Foundational knowledge of sales and service techniques with clients, including tele-consulting, outside calling, prospecting, and networking.
  • •Interpersonal skills to build rapport quickly and ask fact-finding questions to be helpful to clients.
  • •Working knowledge of PCs (MS Windows/Office) and digital technology, including educating clients on mobile and web platforms.
