Vans: Supervisor - Northshore Mall

Lead day-to-day store operations and support the store leadership team to deliver an exceptional, personalized customer experience. Coach and develop associates, model selling behaviors, and help the team achieve sales and profit goals by monitoring KPIs. Supervise opening/closing procedures, floor coverage, stockroom inventory and shipment processing, visual merchandising, and loss prevention. Promote local community engagement while upholding company policies, safety standards, and brand-directed store standards.
