Key Responsibilities

•Perform data engineering, data modeling, and model deployment activities with a primary focus on Generative AI and LLM-based applications.
•Collaborate with stakeholders to source, clean, and curate structured and unstructured data, including scanned documents using OCR technologies.
•Design, develop, and deploy advanced GenAI solutions such as Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines for enhanced Q&A and knowledge discovery.
•Build and implement agentic AI systems using LLMs to automate complex workflows, support decision-making, and extract insights from large datasets.
•Develop, fine-tune, and evaluate ML/AI models under guidance and participate in GenAI initiatives as experience grows.

Key Requirements

•Postgraduate degree in Data Science or related field (Ph.D. or Master’s with 3+ years preferred).
•Demonstrated experience with Generative AI, LLMs (e.g., GPT, Llama, Claude), OCR, RAG, and agentic system design.
•Familiarity with Python, machine learning frameworks, and cloud-based AI services.
•Strong communication and collaboration skills.
•Ability to work under general supervision on data engineering, modeling, and deployment tasks.
