Job Summary

Lead the Global Planning Fulfillment processes for Columbia’s multi-brand, multi-channel operations. Own and improve the Fulfillment planning capability, define requirements with business SMEs, drive cross-functional delivery, and mentor a global super-user community to ensure omni-channel readiness and measurable improvements across the supply chain.

•Owns the Global Planning business process associated to Fulfillment planning encompassing planning application and analytical capabilities
•Act as functional SME as well as engage business SMEs to define requirements, support of solutions and deliver against defined Supply Chain and Enterprise priorities
•Strong leadership and ability to drive towards Global Planning capabilities and desired outcomes
•Defines business use cases, user stories, and/or business requirement while ensuring clarity within the backlog
•Champion business priorities and requirements through program deliverables as necessary

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree, applicable certification or equivalent experience in Supply Chain Management, Business, Management, Merchandise Planning, or similar fields
•Requires 5-8 years of professional experience and mastery of relevant function/process experience business skills
•5+ years of experience with decision support tools and processes in a business process/analyst capacity
•Ability to relate planning application and associated data to business process need
•Business Process Analyst experience defining business process and leveraging analytics to inform decision making
