Key Responsibilities

•Design, build, and manage a decentralized network of regional manufacturing and fulfillment partners to enable localized distribution.
•Navigate international customs, import duties, and compliance regulations to eliminate delays and optimize total landed costs.
•Balance air/ocean/ground freight for high-volume runs with on-demand fulfillment models for international swag projects.
•Source and develop retail-quality merchandise that reflects company values and competes with top-tier fintech brands.
•Oversee inventory planning, demand forecasting, stock allocation, return management, and establish QA standards; manage the global merchandise budget and track ROI for brand awareness and client acquisition.
