Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and maintain production plans to support customer and business demand requirements, including scheduling and lot prioritization.
  • •Monitor production performance (capacity, inventory, cycle time, yield) and analyze supply-demand gaps to recommend recovery or mitigation plans.
  • •Support capacity and operational management by evaluating constraints, bottlenecks, and resource utilization; maintain and validate planning models.
  • •Manage Work-In-Process (WIP) and improve inventory health (slow-moving, aged, hold, bank inventory) to support site balancing and optimization strategies.
  • •Use planning and business systems (SAP, MES, Power BI/Tableau, RPA, SQL, Python, AI tools) to analyze data, track indicators, and communicate planning status, risks, and mitigation plans to stakeholders.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree or above in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Data Analytics, or a related discipline.
  • •Fresh graduates are welcome; manufacturing/production planning/operations/semiconductor experience is an advantage.
  • •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to make data-driven decisions in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
