Job Summary

Deliver vehicles to customers’ doors using Carvana’s custom haulers while providing a seamless, customer-focused experience. Based at an Inspection Center in Trenton, you’ll handle loading and unloading, inspect equipment for safety, complete customer paperwork, and log thorough notes in the customer tracking system. Work 11am–9pm with rotating days off and help represent the Carvana brand in the field and in local market operations.

•Deliver vehicles to customers’ doors using custom car haulers and represent the Carvana brand through customer interactions.
•Frequently load/unload vehicles onto the hauler and regularly inspect the car-hauler to ensure safe to drive conditions.
•Complete customer paperwork and enter thorough notes in the customer tracking system.
•Drive safely and maintain a clean driving record in accordance with Carvana’s CMV Driver Qualification policy.
•Work scheduled hours from 11am–9pm with availability 7 days a week and rotating days off.

Key Requirements

•At least 2 years of customer-facing experience.
•Ability to complete physically demanding tasks including detailing vehicles and loading/unloading onto haulers in indoor/outdoor conditions for 8+ hours.
•Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
•Requires grasping, carrying, lifting, pushing, and pulling of items up to 50lbs, and frequent driving with strong visual acuity and manual dexterity.
•Ability to get/hold required credentials: Notary within 90 days; pass a drug test, obtain a DOT Medical Card, and complete background check contingencies.
