Provide customer care for daily banking transactions, addressing questions and resolving issues according to bank policies. Build rapport with customers, handle inquiries professionally, and maintain confidentiality. Identify customer needs, make sales referrals to the right business partners, and track referral progress using required tools and dashboards. Perform daily office responsibilities and balancing tasks while following risk and ethics expectations. Travel between financial centers within the market is required.
