Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide LVA product application knowledge and customer interface, and develop and execute tactical and strategic plans to meet product line goals.
  • •Lead new product development, strategic direction planning, and implementation of product and services launch plans.
  • •Coordinate cross-functional programs to optimize customer service and market penetration, including marketing leadership across roadmapping, ProLaunch, Advisory Board, and Business System development processes.
  • •Generate customer and technical presentations; conduct competition and market analysis to drive product development efforts and growth plans.
  • •Develop marketing collateral and training programs; complete monthly and quarterly reporting for new LVA product sales.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 130,000 - 190,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
  • •Minimum five (5) years of experience in product management or applications engineering within the electrical industry.
  • •Extensive knowledge of customer types for Low Voltage Assemblies and market dynamics.
  • •Ability to develop and execute tactical and strategic plans to support product line goals, including new product and services launch plans.
  • •Excellent written and oral communication skills, plus strong analytical skills using market and customer data.
