Key Responsibilities

•Troubleshoot electrical problems of varying complexity and voltages, making repairs and requesting assistance on more complex issues.
•Use test equipment (e.g., multimeters, oscilloscopes, strobe lights, high voltage testers) to diagnose problems.
•Perform preventive maintenance duties as directed.
•Assist contractors with new or remodeled electrical installations and identify/order spare parts as required.
•Check fire alarm and facility-related batteries and may take meter readings for kilowatt hours.
