Senior Project Manager - Rail and Roads

Lead the planning, design, delivery, and commissioning of rail, road, and bridge infrastructure projects supporting the Entertainment Resort Complex. Ensure safe, on-time, and budget-compliant delivery across multiple concurrent initiatives by managing schedules, budgets, procurement, risk, change control, governance, and reporting. Coordinate with local authorities, statutory bodies, transport agencies, utilities, consultants, and contractors to secure approvals, manage interfaces, and mitigate risks while meeting quality and EHS requirements.
