Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as a key liaison for internal stakeholders, senior leaders, clients, and external partners across functions and geographies
  • •Proactively manage complex calendars and oversee inbox management aligned to leadership priorities
  • •Coordinate meetings (internal and external) including agendas, materials, and logistics; track actions and follow-through
  • •Plan and manage end-to-end travel arrangements across the region and prepare expense reports
  • •Draft and review executive communications and prepare documents and presentations aligned with brand standards

Key Requirements

  • •1–2 years of experience supporting senior leaders or executives, ideally in a regional or global organization
  • •Strong business English proficiency (written and verbal)
  • •Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
