Job Summary

Assist in pricing, hedging, whole loan trading, and trade documentation for AmeriHome’s non-agency loan pipeline. Monitor the non-agency securitization market, maintain workflow tools, and produce daily/weekly/monthly reporting. Coordinate with operations and transaction management teams to resolve trading issues and confirm trade accuracy. This role supports non-agency loan executions and helps grow the production channel at a leading bank-owned originator.

•Assist with daily rate sheet pricing for the non-agency pipeline.
•Hedge the non-agency pipeline and execute whole loan trades.
•Handle trade documentation, including trade confirmation and blotter accuracy.
•Monitor the non-agency securitization market.
•Maintain workflow tools and provide daily, weekly, and monthly reporting; coordinate with operations and transaction management on trading issues.

Key Requirements

•3+ years of experience in Residential Mortgage Lending, Capital Markets, or a related field, or 1+ year with an advanced degree such as an MBA or Master’s in Finance, or CFA-related advanced degree.
•Bachelor’s degree in a related field required.
•Intermediate knowledge of the residential mortgage industry in Correspondent or Retail Lending, including sales, operations, and capital markets products.
•Intermediate knowledge of applicable regulatory and legal compliance obligations, rules, regulations, and industry standards.
•Advanced Excel and entry-level to intermediate SQL.
•Advanced speaking and writing communication skills.
