Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide and/or oversee critical path method scheduling via Primavera to support client programs, including design and construction rail transit projects.
  • •Develop integrated program schedules and execution schedules for simultaneous projects based on inputs from designers, contractors, and third parties.
  • •Assess and recommend resolutions for schedule, scope changes, or delays; create accurate risk forecasts with project teams.
  • •Establish and review baseline schedules (durations, logic, resources, costs, cost curves, resource histograms) and deliver periodic CPM update comparisons.
  • •Perform earned value analysis, schedule change management and review of change orders, conduct time impact analyses, and recommend schedule recovery and what-if scenarios.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or a related discipline, or equivalent construction scheduling experience.
  • •12+ years of experience developing and managing construction schedules for large programs.
  • •Experience with large-scale tunneling and metro/transit infrastructure projects (underground construction, station development, rail systems).
  • •Proficiency in critical path method analysis/techniques using Primavera.
  • •Experience with earned value analysis, schedule change management (including change orders), time impact analysis, and forensic schedule analysis.
