•Build and iterate on planning, forecasting, and operational processes that support how the company runs.
•Turn unclear or messy problems into structured analytical analyses and clear recommendations.
•Build and maintain analytical models in Excel and other tools to support planning, forecasting, and executive decision making.
•Work directly with large, imperfect datasets to surface insights that inform leadership decisions.
•Partner cross-functionally with Finance, Business Development, the divisions, and other functional leaders.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 86,000 - 105,000 annually

Key Requirements

•1+ years of experience in an investment banking, management consulting, or internal strategy & operations role.
•High ownership mindset with a bias towards action.
•Excellent analytical skills and comfort working with imperfect or incomplete data.
•Ability to move between details and the big picture as needed.
•Clear written and verbal communication skills, including presenting to senior leaders.
