Job Summary

Support store leadership to drive sales and deliver exceptional customer engagement. Coach and supervise associates, coach performance, and act as a stand-in during Manager absences to ensure store operations run smoothly and in line with brand standards.

Key Responsibilities

•Deliver a high level of personalized customer engagement and assist in maximizing and achieving store sales and goals by monitoring progress against targets.
•Foster a consumer-centric store environment and model selling behaviors while providing feedback and coaching to associates.
•Provide direct feedback, coaching, and supervision of store team members and stand-in for the store manager when needed.
•Assist in maintaining store standards, policies, and procedures while ensuring smooth operations and coverage during breaks or openings.
•Interact with customers to deliver exceptional service and drive sales through authentic brand storytelling and product knowledge.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 16 - 20.7 hourly

Key Requirements

•1 year of related professional retail experience is preferred but not required.
•A High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred; formal education is appreciated, but hands-on experience and achievements are valued more.
•Proven ability to drive results through store teams and exceed sales and profit goals.
•Skilled in coaching, motivating, and building high-performing, diverse teams.
•Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence across all levels.
