Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and execute the strategic vision for fiduciary administration across a national platform.
  • •Oversee administration of a diverse portfolio of fiduciary relationships and ensure consistent application of policies and procedures.
  • •Maintain a strong risk and control environment and partner with Legal, Compliance, Audit, and Risk Management to mitigate fiduciary risk.
  • •Lead, coach, and develop a team of managers and build a leadership pipeline through succession planning and talent assessment.
  • •Manage staffing/capacity planning and drive operational excellence through KPIs, service levels, quality standards, and process improvement initiatives.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Law, Trust Management, or a related field.
  • •10+ years of trust and fiduciary administration experience, including substantial leadership responsibility.
  • •7+ years of senior-level people leadership experience managing leaders and large teams in multiple locations.
  • •Deep expertise in fiduciary administration, fiduciary law, estate administration, and trust operations.
  • •Strong understanding of fiduciary risk management, governance, and regulatory requirements.
