Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead a staff of facilities maintenance supervisors and workers performing maintenance service and repairs.
  • •Oversee grounds and support equipment care, including direction of technical support staff and coordination of outside technical/non-technical support services.
  • •Lead staff responsible for maintenance of electrical systems and HVAC and life safety systems.
  • •Develop and administer safety policies and procedures, including performance of safety measures.
  • •Manage associates (performance management, training, workflow planning, hiring/placement, and disciplinary actions) and oversee operating plans/budgets plus contractor service/product selection.
