Key Responsibilities

•Support day-to-day management of assigned product categories, including monitoring sales trends, inventory levels, and customer demand.
•Ensure product listings, pricing, content, and merchandising are accurate and optimized; identify assortment gaps and expansion opportunities.
•Coordinate with brand partners and vendors to execute business initiatives, including onboarding new brands and launching products on the platform.
•Track category performance metrics and prepare business reports; analyze sales, inventory, pricing, and customer behavior to generate actionable insights.
•Collaborate with marketing and operations/supply chain teams to support category campaigns, promotions, launches, and maintain product availability by reducing stock-outs and excess inventory.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: INR 35,000 - 45,000 monthly

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Economics, Engineering, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related field.
•1+ years of experience in category management, e-commerce, consulting, operations, analytics, or business roles.
•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
•Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
•Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
