Diagnose and repair vehicle mechanical, electrical, and electronic issues using specialized scan tools, technical manuals, and diagnostic software. Perform scheduled maintenance and factory recall campaigns while following dealership and OEM procedures. Document work accurately and communicate findings and additional needs to the Service Advisor and customers. Maintain a clean, safe, organized workspace, collaborate with technicians and advisors, and stay current through ongoing training and certifications.
