  • •Lead day-to-day coordination between consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders to drive progress and resolve delivery challenges.
  • •Monitor project schedules, costs, and risks, taking proactive action to keep projects aligned with approved plans and business objectives.
  • •Oversee contractor and consultant performance for compliance with specifications, safety requirements, and quality expectations.
  • •Coordinate project handovers and close-out activities, and support review of claims, variations, and payments for commercial and contractual management.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • •A Master's degree in Civil Engineering is preferred.
  • •PMP certification is preferred.
  • •8+ years of experience in project management, construction, infrastructure, or real estate development projects, including multidisciplinary delivery.
  • •Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, project delivery processes, contract administration, and regulatory requirements, plus experience coordinating consultants and contractors.
