Team Lead, Sales Part Time

Lead in-store sales and deliver outstanding consumer experiences using the V.I.B.E.S service model. Coach and manage day-to-day team activities, uphold a positive team culture, and support store operations across POS, merchandising, product placement, and stockroom processes. Work closely with store management to achieve personal and team sales goals, serve as a brand ambassador, and help ensure strong asset protection, inventory control, and compliance.
