Build and maintain Ticketmaster’s Global Host Platform systems at global scale while reducing tech debt through automation and AI. Key Requirements

•8+ years of hands-on software engineering experience, with systems or backend engineering preferred.
•Hands-on experience with AI developer tools (e.g., Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Amazon Q) and agentic AI systems for planning and autonomous task execution.
•Strong command of scripting languages and infrastructure-as-code tooling (Python/Bash, Terraform, Ansible).
•Experience with automated VM deployments (VMware) and automated configuration management (Ansible).
•Experience containerizing and deploying orchestrated environments (Docker/Podman, Kubernetes) and familiarity with SRE/DevOps/platform engineering.
