Key Responsibilities

•Operate production equipment in accordance with manufacturer specifications and established procedures.
•Process manufacturing batches using mechanical processing (mixing, grinding, separating, filtering) and chemical processing (chemical reactions, changing temperature/pressure).
•Perform surface finishing activities such as washing, painting, plating, anti-corrosion coating, hardening, polishing/engraving/etching.
•Inspect parts for defects and perform quality control procedures using statistical processes or other control procedures.
•Maintain the work site according to safety measures and manage production inventory by ordering needed supplies.

Key Requirements

•Typically requires a high school diploma (or equivalent, e.g. GED) or vocational/technical education in a related discipline with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.
•Must be able to work in a chemical manufacturing environment with routine use of PAPR and required PPE.
•Follow operating procedures and standard processes to complete assigned production tasks.
•Perform inspections and quality control procedures to ensure products meet company standards.
•Maintain worksite safety measures and adhere to established safety protocols.
