Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee and coordinate the quantitative capitalization of development activities and identify tools to support capitalization processes.
  • •Propose deployment plans and usage models tailored to departmental and service needs.
  • •Maintain and enrich the Cost Models repository to support offers and project execution, aiding updates to EACs; refine models based on capitalization feedback.
  • •Lead the creation of a repository of Generic Development Schedules, linking with Cost Models and define the elaboration plan.
  • •Train and accompany EDMs in using the Cost Models repository and generically loaded schedules; support EDMs and WPM in implementing Earned Value Management (EVM).

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 10 years of experience in managing complex projects, with a focus on electronics and software.
  • •Proven ability to construct and structure project plans, activities, milestones, and type reviews with standard timelines; skilled in offers management and estimation processes.
  • •Knowledge of Agile development and BI tools, such as PowerBI.
  • •Strong collaboration and coaching skills, able to engage cross-functional teams and drive consensus among diverse stakeholders.
  • •Experience in capitalisation processes, cost models, and planning repositories; ability to deploy and utilize reference schedules and Earned Value Management (EVM).
