Job Summary

Lead the Retail go-to-market strategy across HP’s UK & Ireland consumer portfolio, spanning Personal Systems, Gaming, Accessories, AI-enabled devices, Print, Consumer Subscription services, and Supplies. Define and execute commercial strategies with major retail partners, drive omnichannel growth aligned to EMEA/global priorities, support senior leadership on sales and pricing plans, and oversee the sales team to achieve growth and profitability targets. Use analytics and forecasting tools to improve sales accuracy and long-term profitability.

Key Responsibilities

•Direct strategic account planning to forecast and mitigate risks and align functional strategies with organizational goals.
•Develop short- and long-term market growth plans to achieve revenue and operating profit targets.
•Collaborate with pricing teams to establish competitive pricing strategies based on sales data and market trends.
•Define and track KPIs, prepare regular sales reports for senior leadership, and manage the sales department budget.
•Recruit, hire, and onboard sales professionals, providing coaching, training, and mentorship while ensuring legal and ethical compliance.

Key Requirements

•Four-year or graduate degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience.
•Typically 12+ years of job-related and/or management experience, preferably across sales, business management, project management, or a related field.
•Experience with account management and business development to drive market growth and revenue.
•Strong business planning and regional sales capabilities, including sales territory and sales process ownership.
•Ability to use customer relationship management tools and sales technologies (including Salesforce) to improve forecasting accuracy.
