Job Summary

Deliver end-to-end implementations and ongoing support for Visa Commercial and Money Movement Solutions (CMS) for client institutions and third-party technology platforms. Own project scope, plans, status updates, and issue logs; coordinate product setup, installations, conversions, and maintenance requests; and serve as a subject matter expert through training and expert consultation. Act as the voice of the customer, align client initiatives with Visa deliverables, and independently resolve complex issues within deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide quality project management and implementation support for Visa client institutions, processors, and third-party platforms in the assigned region.
•Create and maintain implementation best practices for money movement and commercial card products using project management methodology.
•Coordinate with clients to understand product setup requirements and facilitate installations, conversions, and maintenance requests without client impact.
•Serve as a subject matter expert to train and consult customers and internal stakeholders on CMS delivery and adoption.
•Prepare scope documents, project plans, status reports, and issue logs; report deliverables to management on a weekly or monthly basis.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent qualifications.
•Minimum 8 years of experience in product or project management, implementation, or technical support in the payments and technology industries.
•Functional implementation and business analysis experience (including testing, training, or technical support) in a B2B client-facing role.
•Ability to apply project management methodology to manage and prioritize projects with minimal supervision.
•Experience with data-interfacing projects for reporting and reconciliation of commercial card data.
