Key Responsibilities

•Lead and manage full UX research projects from planning and execution through delivering insights that support product decisions.
•Analyze qualitative and quantitative user data and translate findings into clear recommendations to improve user experience.
•Establish and improve research standards, processes, and ResearchOps practices to ensure consistency and high-quality output.
•Prepare detailed documentation for research activities, including methodologies, insights, and actionable recommendations.
•Design and run experiments such as A/B testing and multivariate testing, and mentor junior researchers while advocating for data-driven, user-centric decision-making.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in HCI, Psychology, Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.
•4+ years of UX research experience with a strong project portfolio (preferably e-commerce).
•Strong expertise in qualitative and quantitative UX research methodologies and tools.
•Advanced analytical and critical thinking skills.
•Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
