Key Responsibilities

  • •Own and deliver Billable Works projects from initiation to completion, ensuring safe, on-time delivery within budget and required quality standards.
  • •Assess and manage project risks across the lifecycle and ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, statutory, and government regulations.
  • •Coordinate stakeholders (DIO representatives, site managers, local customer service teams) to agree scope, priorities, and delivery timelines.
  • •Lead and monitor supply chain teams, reviewing risk assessments and method statements, and support contract risk management and mitigation.
  • •Set and manage work plans and budgets, maintain documentation and records via SharePoint/Maximo, and act as a key contact for end-user issues and complaints.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven experience supervising teams in a project management setting, including leading operational teams to meet KPIs and planning/prioritising work scopes.
  • •Knowledge of project cost control, stakeholder engagement, and health and safety responsibilities.
  • •HNC/D qualification in Building, Civil, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent professional experience.
  • •A recognised health and safety qualification such as SMSTS, plus commitment to ongoing professional development.
  • •Full UK driving licence and ability to pass SC Clearance.
