Job Summary

Lead and manage CutOver activities for a transformation program, coordinating stakeholders, deadlines, and deliverables across workstreams. Own project planning, kickoff documentation, communication processes, and runbook standards to ensure runbooks are delivered on time and with quality. Support migration events (trial migrations, dress rehearsals, go-live execution) while bridging technical teams and business stakeholders, using ETLR and GCP data practices to shape strategy.

Key Responsibilities

•Plan project management activities, including setting deadlines, prioritizing tasks, and assigning stakeholders deliverables.
•Document and lead kickoff project meetings; coordinate communication processes across workstreams and stakeholders.
•Prepare and maintain high- and mid-level plans, input delivery standards, and cutover tool accountability.
•Set runbook standards, explain formats to teams, and ensure runbooks are delivered on time and with quality.
•Oversee live monitoring/reporting and support migration events such as trial migrations, dress rehearsals, and go-live execution.

Key Requirements

•Master’s degree (or equivalent) in business administration, economics, or a related field.
•Minimum 2+ years of experience in PMO/Project Management.
•Prior migration left-to-right knowledge (ETLR).
•Experience working in an agile environment (Scrum, Kanban, XP, or SAFe).
•Proven project management experience with strong communication, documentation, and attention to detail.
