Job Summary

Support authority-level project portfolio management by coordinating portfolio activities across RTA entities. Monitor project performance, consolidate periodic portfolio reports, track benefits realization, and prepare project budget reports in coordination with Finance. Maintain and update portfolio data in EPM/PPM systems, review submissions and change requests, and help enhance portfolio governance workflows, templates, and dashboards. Conduct site visits as required to validate progress.
