Key Responsibilities

•Lead strategic projects from inception to completion, aligning with business objectives and regulatory requirements while balancing scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and benefits.
•Use knowledge of USD Clearing systems and ISO standards to improve outcomes and ensure compliance with domestic and international payment regulations.
•Apply understanding of international payments and deposit systems to support initiatives and deliver scalable, resilient, client-focused solutions.
•Collaborate with stakeholders across Technology, Product, Treasury, Finance, Operations, and Risk; communicate updates to senior management.
•Manage project risks and dependencies and coordinate user training, cutover planning, and post-implementation support to ensure successful delivery and change readiness.

•Extensive experience in project management or product development, delivering complex projects in a matrixed international environment.
•Firsthand experience with USD Clearing payment systems (Fedwire, SWIFT).

•Effective communication and leadership skills, with the ability to make independent decisions and foster a high-performance culture.
•Business analysis and Agile experience; PMP or Agile Product Manager/Owner certifications are a plus.
