Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform all duties required of a Contract Security Officer (CSO).
  • •Provide physical security services at TVA facilities, including offices, dams, substations, warehouses, and other critical infrastructure sites.
  • •Ensure continuous staffing coverage for assigned security posts and shifts and monitor/enforce security procedures and site requirements.
  • •Respond to alarms, emergencies, disturbances, and security incidents, coordinating with law enforcement and emergency services when necessary.
  • •Provide direct supervision and leadership to Contract Security Officers, including scheduling, training, documentation, and performance evaluation.
Travel: High travel

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum of two (2) years of successful field supervisory experience in areas such as civilian law enforcement, military service, security force operations, or commercial/industrial security environments.
  • •High school diploma or GED required.
  • •Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • •Excellent leadership and team-building abilities with proficiency in report writing and documentation.
  • •Knowledge of access control, patrol operations, incident response, and physical security principles.
