Job Summary

Manage and grow a portfolio of Premier clients by building and retaining strong relationships, achieving agreed financial targets, and conducting regular reviews to understand client needs. Provide technical wealth management guidance across relevant HSBC products and help maximize revenues for Global Wealth. Use internal tools and client relationship management data to drive performance, monitor satisfaction, manage lending facilities within approval authority, and partner with branch teams to support multi-channel client journeys.

Key Responsibilities

•Maximize profit and drive growth of the Premier clients portfolio by developing existing and new relationships.
•Achieve agreed financial targets and maintain qualifying Premier client standards within the portfolio.
•Conduct regular client reviews to understand short- and long-term needs and advise on suitable products and services.
•Maintain deep product and technical knowledge to provide best solutions and maximize revenues for Global Wealth and the Group.
•Manage lending facilities within approval authority and use management information to identify operational risk situations and minimize loss.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree or relevant experience.
•Minimum of three years of proven and progressive financial services and/or retail sales experience.
•Capability to introduce insurance and investment products.
•Relationship management experience with high net worth clients.
•Strong technical, communication, client-focus, and influencing skills in wealth management, plus clear understanding of Compliance, Credit & Risk, and Internal Control.
