Key Responsibilities

  • •Contribute to technology strategy with HoCT and CTO aligned to market needs and corporate strategy.
  • •Design, initiate, and follow up RD&I projects according to corporate strategy and technology roadmap.
  • •Provide expert advice to ensure technical specifications and procedures for SLBC carbon capture technology meet quality requirements in projects and products.
  • •Guide and train other technology specialists and engineers.
  • •Interact with customers as part of business development and project execution; identify patentable inventions related to ACC technology.

Key Requirements

  • •MSc or PhD in Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or similar.
  • •Leading expertise in carbon capture technologies, particularly amine-based post combustion capture and/or gas treatment (CO2 compression, CO2 liquefaction, and CO2 handling).
  • •Experience as a technical lead in RD&I projects.
  • •Experience implementing R&D/innovation results into industrial applications.
  • •Fluent in written and spoken English.
