Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with the Supervisor to support employee performance, manpower utilization, and ongoing training needs
  • •Plan, organize, and maintain standard operating practices and procedures within the department
  • •Lead and guide team members in day-to-day warehouse activities, communicating daily workload and priorities and assigning tasks to ensure efficient flow of work
  • •Adjust staffing levels with other Team Leads and Supervisors to meet customer demand and provide on-the-job training, coaching, and direction
  • •Review and analyze productivity and kitting reports, identify and resolve operational challenges, and ensure completed goods are shipped the same day whenever possible
