Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain Windows LANs (workstations, servers, print servers, hubs, cabling) for the head office.
  • •Implement file system security, access rights, and fault tolerance; administer user accounts.
  • •Configure remote site connections and support network services and troubleshooting for installation/login/IP issues.
  • •Diagnose and resolve network/server problems (DNS/DHCP/WINS/HTTP/HTTPS/RPC) and maintain Lease lines over LAN/WAN.
  • •Manage enterprise backup system and maintain inventory of servers, PCs, printers, and scanners; coordinate with corporate IS/IT support and provide end-user support/training.

  • •Associate Degree in Computer Technology.
