Key Responsibilities

•Lead an analog IC design with product ownership and responsibility from definition through release to manufacturing.
•Design, develop, modify, and evaluate integrated circuits for battery charging applications, including assessing intermediate and final results during design and silicon evaluation.
•Provide guidance to physical designers and monitor IC layout progress; collaborate with design verification teams during the pre-PG phase.
•Work with systems engineers, application engineers, and marketing to prepare product briefs, datasheets, and application notes to meet customer needs and support roadmap formulation.
•Collaborate with validation, product engineering, and test engineering teams to enable successful transfer to production and lead customer discussions for design support.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (Master’s degree preferred).
•2–3 years of relevant analog design experience.
•Deep understanding and experience in precision analog design and power electronics.
•Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate across functions.
•Demonstrated interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills with initiative and time management to deliver on time.
