Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide guidance with collecting, compiling, and analyzing site data (surveys, blueprints, schematics, technical drawings, and computer-generated reports) for project development.
  • •Apply high-level mechanical engineering techniques to identify improvements across all project phases from concept development through operation.
  • •Research, inspect, and verify site conditions, equipment, and mechanical systems to determine conformance with applicable rules, standards, and permits.
  • •Develop construction and installation plans, specifications, and cost estimates, including safety and phasing plans that coordinate across owners and disciplines.
  • •Coordinate and oversee cross-functional teams, review/approve installation design plans for code compliance, and prepare technical reports, presentations, and Health and Safety Plans.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a closely related discipline.
