Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop the area’s commercial action plan and build a customer portfolio by identifying, qualifying, and converting new opportunities.
  • •Assess and grow the distribution network by recruiting new distributors and supporting partners with prospecting, offers, demos, and product knowledge.
  • •Manage the sales cycle end-to-end, including forecasting, opportunity tracking in CRM, negotiating offers, and coordinating orders through delivery.
  • •Serve as the daily business point of contact, providing product information and coordinating customer responses on pricing, lead times, availability, and documentation.

Key Requirements

  • •3 to 5 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in industrial equipment.
  • •Ability to understand mechanical equipment and its applications; knowledge of compressors/motors/construction equipment is an asset.
  • •Proficiency in office tools including Excel and CRM Sales Force, and SAP/Oracle ERP.
  • •Fluent English (intermediate CEFR level) for oral and written comprehension and interactions.
