Job Summary

Assist the Rolling Stock & Depot Manager to provide technical support to the line maintenance team for the Dubai Metro. Support maintenance budgeting and resource allocation, oversee technical support activities for rolling stock (including software configuration management and maintenance procedures), coordinate maintenance planning and scheduling, and help improve system performance through modifications and new works. Maintain maintenance records using the Maintenance Management System while ensuring compliance with Keolis-MHI management, safety, quality, and information security requirements.

Key Responsibilities

•Assist Rolling Stock & Depot Managers in preparing the maintenance budget and managing resource allocation for technical support activities.
•Oversee rolling stock technical support activities, including software configuration management and preparation of maintenance procedures and instructions.
•Coordinate maintenance planning and scheduling.
•Maintain and track section maintenance records using the Maintenance Management System.
•Ensure compliance with Keolis-MHI management system, safety/quality plans, information security, and training requirements; report incidents and use PPE as required.

Key Requirements

•Support Rolling Stock & Depot Managers in preparing the maintenance budget and allocating resources for technical support activities within the rolling stock section.
•Support oversight of rolling stock technical support activities, including software configuration management, maintenance procedures/instructions, and safety and quality plans.
•Assist with maintenance planning and scheduling coordination.
•Improve existing system performance via appropriate modifications and new works planning and implementation.
•Hold a valid UAE driving license and have at least 1 year of relevant rolling stock design, testing, or commissioning experience (preferable) and a degree or higher diploma in mechanical or electrical engineering (ideally).
