Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide personalized support in 1:1 video sessions by addressing learner questions related to course content and projects.
  • •Review learner project submissions in advance and identify areas of confusion or difficulty before mentoring calls.
  • •Lead technical deep-dive sessions using prepared slide presentations to explain concepts, share use cases, and facilitate Q&A.
  • •Prepare slide-based project walkthroughs aligned to rubrics, including demonstrating evaluation via sample “grading” when needed.
  • •Host regular group Q&A sessions via Slack or video to address learner queries without prior preparation.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of relevant technical experience in AI/related fields.
  • •Strong understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, and agentic reasoning frameworks such as CoT and ReAct.
  • •Experience designing and implementing prompt chains, role-based prompts, feedback loops, and iterative prompt refinement.
  • •Hands-on experience building agentic workflows (task routing, orchestration, sequential/parallel workflows, reflective AI workflows).
  • •Ability to design and implement AI agents with tool use, API integrations, structured outputs, memory, state management, and database interaction.
