Job Summary

Lead UX design for an enterprise self-service portal that acts as a gateway for enterprise AI services. Collaborate with UX disciplines and cross-functional partners to define and execute strategic and tactical content needs across interactive platforms. Own online content strategy (voice and tone, business- and customer-centric goals, prioritization), evaluate content lifecycle improvements, and create or supervise key deliverables from inventories to optimization plans.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead the UX design journey for an enterprise self-service portal serving as a gateway for enterprise AI services.
•Collaborate with UX disciplines and cross-functional teams to identify and execute strategic and tactical content needs across interactive platforms.
•Provide training and guidance to content developers and stakeholders to support adoption of the content strategy model.
•Produce and monitor online content strategies, including voice and tone, customer/business-centric goals, and site content prioritization.
•Produce and/or supervise content strategy deliverables such as audits, competitive reviews, work plans, matrices, copy documents, and optimization/lifecycle plans.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 111,605 - 131,300 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience.
•Typically eight or more years of content strategy or related experience.
•Thorough knowledge of information architecture, interactive design principles, web usability, and online marketing/business needs.
•Ability to work collaboratively across stakeholders in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
•Effective verbal and written communication, interpersonal skills, and leadership skills.
