Job Summary

Develop and maintain flexible, maintainable software solutions by designing, implementing, testing, and documenting features across Pathward’s technical stack. Review and improve existing systems, remediate security vulnerabilities, and optimize performance. Collaborate with the team on planning and user story analysis, implement technical solutions to solve business problems, and keep current with evolving tools, technologies, and best practices. You’ll also mentor other software engineers and contribute to planning and prioritization for the developers on your team.

•Experience with technologies in Pathward’s stack (e.g., .NET/C#, ASP.NET, SQL-adjacent web stack components, and related tooling), with Azure DevOps/Azure or AWS experience preferred.
