Job Summary

Seeking an Associate or Associate Director to lead landscape architecture and landscape planning work in the Midlands. The role involves authoring Landscape and Visual Impact Appraisals, leading design projects through LI/RIBA stages (BIM Level 2), developing client relationships, bidding for projects, and guiding junior team members within a collaborative UK&I team.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead and coordinate Landscape and Visual Impact Appraisals and Assessments.
•Lead on design projects, including urban realm and mixed-use developments, through LI/RIBA stages (BIM Level 2).
•Support development of client relationships in public and private sectors.
•Prepare bids for projects, from small to complex multi-disciplinary opportunities.
•Lead, manage and delegate project work to junior team members; involve in client-facing activities and workshops.

Key Requirements

•Degree level qualification in Landscape Architecture or recognised equivalent.
•Postgraduate Diploma / Masters qualification in Landscape Architecture or recognised equivalent.
•Established track record authoring Landscape and Visual Impact Appraisals and Assessments.
•Established track record delivering landscape and urban design projects from initial site analysis and concept design through to detailed design for planning and construction.
•Excellent technical skills and proficiency in Autodesk or Bentley and Adobe Creative Suite.
