Staff Corporate Events Manager

Own Horizon3.ai’s flagship internal and external corporate events, including Sales Kickoff, Company Kickoff, President’s Club, and the customer-facing User Conference. Drive end-to-end strategy, planning, vendor contracting, and on-site execution while partnering closely with Sales, RevOps, Executive Leadership, People, and Marketing. Manage budgets and preferred vendor networks, capture post-event insights, support tier 1 events like Black Hat and RSAC, and ensure every program strengthens culture and enterprise brand loyalty.
