Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and develop the store strategy, identity, and business development plan to achieve commercial targets across product segments.
  • •Drive sales performance and manage profit & loss, KPIs, market trends, and inventory control (including stock takes and minimizing shrinkage via Smart Ops).
  • •Deliver exceptional client experience, embody the Hermès brand, support loyalty and client portfolio development, and handle difficult client situations.
  • •Lead and motivate the team on the shop floor, set short- and mid-term targets, ensure training, and manage employee leaves in line with company policies.
  • •Ensure sales administration compliance, maintain boutique standards through coordination on maintenance and minor works, and support retail events in collaboration with Communications.

Key Requirements

  • •Tertiary education with at least 4 years of relevant management experience in high-end fashion, luxury industry, or similar capacity.
  • •Strong business sales sense with solid analytical skills.
  • •Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • •Ability to lead, guide, and drive performance and client experience.
  • •Excellent spoken and written English and hands-on computer knowledge of MS Office.
